The introductory offer runs from 2 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 (“Offer Period”).
Within these Terms and Conditions, “You” means the client who is contracting with Think Little Big Marketing Ltd (“Us/We”) for the provision of digital marketing services as outlined in the Project Brief that You will be supplied by Us.
The introductory offer (the “Offer”) consists of a 25% discount against our standard rate card.
This offer is open to new clients only, ie, clients who have not been supplied with the services of Us prior or during this Offer period.
This offer is open to clients taking the services of Us for a minimum period of 6 months. Ad hoc work is excluded from this Offer.
Website design and development is included for full website design and development only. Ad hoc work or amendments to existing websites is excluded from this Offer.
To be eligible for this Offer, You must have signed a Terms and Conditions of Supply for Digital Marketing Services within the Offer Period (“the signed contract”).
The Offer will be honoured against services provided directly by Us but excluding any services We need to purchase from a third party, eg web hosting, third party advertising.
Negotiated rates will negate this Offer.
The Offer will be valid for the period of the signed contract to a maximum period of one year from the starting date of a contract as indicated by the Terms and Conditions of Supply for Digital Marketing Services.
The Offer is applied prior to the addition of VAT.
The terms and conditions contained within our Terms and Conditions of Supply for Digital Marketing Services take precedence over these Terms and Conditions where any conflict exists and for clarity of our relationship.
