Our technical support is available via phone and email from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. For emergencies, such as website hacking incidents, we offer extended support from 4:30 AM to 5:30 PM GMT, Monday to Sunday, only available on the Advanced plan.
We actively communicate with your hosting provider to resolve any issues that arise with your website, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
We offer a set number of hours each month for site amendments as part of our service package. Should the required work exceed these allocated hours, we charge an hourly rate for additional work.
